We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a refund. 

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You will also need a copy of the invoice.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as custom products, special orders, personalized items, or co-branding products. 

We also cannot accept returns on discounted promotional items. These are considered final sales.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to get the authorization to return the item and make a separate purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
